Had a great time at the resort. All the amenities were included and there were special restaurants open for dinner that catered to Italian, Vietnamese, and other types of food. The bars were great and the employees were very friendly.
I really liked the resort activities. They have multiple activities throughout the day, like cocktail making classes or yoga on the beach. If you want to book activities outside of the resort, it is very easy as they have a desk with a friendly employee ready to help you book. I would recommend this resort for sure.
The resort was also very safe with Covid. Social distancing was required and gloves and masks were provided at the food distribution areas. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly, phones and tv remotes were disinfected and plastic wrapped. Really great place overall.

The Level at Melia Punta Cana met my expectations as the 5 star hotel it is. Upon our arrival, we were greeted immediately and given our room right away. The room was clean and nice. Everything was functional. There was a mini fridge stocked with beer, water, and sodas. Rayma was our butler and she was very nice and attentive. She made our dinner reservations and made sure we were good. The food was great! There was a lot of variety and the quality was excellent. The drinks were also very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The level is an upgrade option within the Meliá hotel. This option gives you access to special pool and beach areas, a butler service and premium spirits. Despite the fact that even in this area service is as poor as elsewhere you escape the buffet restaurant and thus have a quite and chilled place to eat and enjoy the sun. As for the rest of the hotel communication with staff will work properly on Spanish only and you'll need to plan time. In our 10 days stay it took us every morning 20 minutes to get the menu card for breakfast and ordering on English is a lottery. Quality of food is good.

I will start off by saying Alfonso on the rooftop bar is phenomenal. He is so welcoming, charming, and overall a really great people person. He stood out the most among all the people we met.
Secondly, Andres aka cappuccino was also the light of the party. He was awesome at getting all the guest engaged to have a good time.
Nelly was also a great person because he did good at encouraging guests to do activities.
Lastly, our concierge guy, Nathaniel, was very informational and helpful throughout the entire stay.
All of these gentlemen need recognition for their job well done on the resort.

Overall the experience was good and would come back again! The staff truly appreciate everyone being there and are very welcoming.
