If you watch Robert Irvine; you understand that I'm about to write.
May 1st the county opened up 100%. So, yesterdays service and today's may have been different. But not by much.
Being seated was fairly quick. And we were immediately offered drinks. A little later we ordered food. The food took a bit long to serve. It also to a bit long to serve desert. I believe these were kitchen issues; as our waitress was working her tale off. She deserved her tip.
All that said; the restaurant was on the dusty side. The table was greasy. The floor seemed like it could have been cleaned better as well.
We had the special; Prime Rib Dinner. I have never had a main dish from here that wasn't close to the best I've ever tasted.
I wish i could say the same for the side dishes. Today i had corn and fries; two things you can't do wrong. I've ordered here to-go several times. I've had soupy potato salad. I've had baked beans that tasted more like sweet chili. My wife would say the green beans and the mashed potatoes are fine. But I personally learned to stick to the fries.
All that said; you won't find better main dishes; with these portions; at this price anywhere close.
