A nice venue for all types of events. Staff are generally friendly and courteous. Usually ample parking available. Food for the most part is great. My 1 challenge with all of these places is lack of good quality tasting vegetarian options... I struggle to find food to eat whenever I go out for fine dining, so I don't much.

I am longing for the day Jamaica recognizes that there are actually people who don't consider fish as an option when we speak vegetarian...

Such a very nice place with excellent customer service from all staff members from the entrance of the hotel to the security when leaving.

I was greeted, temperature checked and hand sanitized at the door. Entrance was very picturesque and the cleaned in my observation continuously.

Very attractive and filled with beautiful chandeliers, even in the bathrooms. The food was excellent in taste and presentation. Everyone was kind, professional and hospitable. All prices for food was quoted in US dollars- good for me as I used my card with ease.

I recommend a visit. I will return.

When I visited Terra Nova, I got a warm reception. I never felt alone because the staff was attentive and determined to make sure that I was getting the best service. I love the private setting and greenery. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

The food was awesome. The chef was on point with all varieties of dishes. Presentation was heavenly. The escargot and seafood dishes were delectable, not overcooked and seasoned just right. The chicken salad had a mixture of fresh fruits and vegetable with freshly fried jamaican green plantains. I have to mention that the chicken breast was so tender it was almost unrecognizable.This experience was a gastronomical delight. The waiters were polite and attentive. It was an excellent outing this time around.

Loved the loaded fries. I had the endless cocktails - they don't skimp on the alcohol content, for sure, so if you're looking for a buzz, you can achieve that quickly. The wait time was short and the waitress were pretty attentive- looking out for when you needed a refill. The ambiance is nice. It was a good experience. If you have a big group- you may have to get separate tables.
