Everything seemed really clean and i liked that it was smaller than most. Good chicken strips and fries but kinda pricey. I was really impressed by the guy at door he has a really good friendly attitude and sometimes that first person you interact with can really make or break a place. That being said the girl working at the customer service desk was also friendly and helpful. I'm not a big gambler but my friends are so if I do end up at a casino the staff are the ones I end up talking to usually while I walk around searching for whoever I came with who usually are bouncing from game to game.

Room was big and had a great view. Not much to do at the casino though for those that don't gamble...not even bingo. They didn't have alot of amenities available hence the three stars. They did have a restaurant and other food choices at the casino. Coffee place was closed and no live band. Breakfast was not included either.

I will definitely be back! The host Maria made our time there enjoyable and it's due in part because of her that we'll be returning there again!! She's absolutely wonderful and I'm thankful for all she does. We always enjoy ourselves when we visit.

The dining options are good, room are nice but their new policy of locking up the disabled restrooms is bad. You have to go find someone and ask for them to let you in each time. And their automatic entrance gates won't detect someone in a wheelchair and they are too narrow. Hope they get rid of those soon. You also have to stop and wait for them to open to let you out of the building one by one, that's likely again fire code and safety issue.

I love this casino!!! They often give us free nights in the hotel, but we lose so much money we don't often stay over. The food is great, 13 moons is delightful. I love the chicken fried steak at carvers cafe. The prime rib melt and fish sandwich in the pub are my favorites. Recently shark week disappeared which was my favorite slot. I'm greatly disappointed. I've had no problems with the employees and the bartenders have all been great!!! As far as the smoking goes, I'm a smoker and now feel second class here with a shack in the front of the casino. I gamble 3 to 4 days a week and the casino was the only place I could relax, play and smoke all at the same time. Needs a smoking section with games in my opinion. Some of us still smoke!!!
