We had a fantastic stay on the Sunborn and truly cannot recommend it enough. Gary (the Customer Relations Manager) delivered 5* service from the very moment that we booked and couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. We stayed for our honeymoon and Gary really went above and beyond to ensure that we had an incredible stay, even helping us find local restaurants, dive shops etc. The food on board was absolutely fantastic, every dish that we ate was delicious. We also used the spa and the treatments were excellent.

My brother and I sent our parents away to this stunning hotel in Gibraltar. Gary and Laura was so helpful planning dinner and making sure my parents had the best birthday dinner on such short notice. Thank you guys for making my parents birthday holiday experience one to remember!!!

We went to the restaurant with some friends for dinner. The service was far from what you would get at a real 5* hotel and food was just above average. We ordered a bottle of wine, but we were told they didn't have a cool bottle so recommended to get the house wine. When it arrived it was really not that cold either. For the price we ended up paying for this dinner we expected much more.

This was our first trip to Gibraltar, we stayed at the Sunborn for 3 nights, and all I can say is how impressed and happy we were there!
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are sparkling clean, modern and fully equipped.
Every time we came out our rooms and passed the lobby, there were 3 secretaries behind the desk ready to help, and 2 men walking around ready to hold your bags, offer drinks and order you cabs or any advice.
The deck on 7th floor has the most spectacular views and we watched sunset - it was amazing.
HIGHLY recommended!!! I would definitely stay there again!!
