i Really don't like leaving negative reviews but there really is nothing positive to say I had a visit Last year just before all this COVID kicked off customers service None !! I was refused entry and was not given any reason the lady simply said we won't be allowing you in on this occasion ???? Gob smacked i asked to speak to a manager and the manager also said we don't need a reason for refusing entry. I had some good times in there but for sure will not be going back

The staff works in the cash desk on 9 Oct afternoon, a young guy name starts with J I remembered, the WORST staff I met in all different casino. Very arrogant at,didn't listen to my explanation about what other staff told me about the rule, very insulting attitude, and laughed at me, then took my voucher without returning to me, said he will keep it, wth?very inappropriate.I will never ever go to this venue. Bad attitude!

Very friendly staff - small but intimate atmosphere. Always feel welcomed. Could do with winning a bit more!
