The pros

Service was exceptional. From having to reschedule due to covid and dealing with our concern when we were at the property
The pool and hot tub was excellent.
Breakfast at clubhouse was really good. I had the smoked trout and loved it.
The pro shop staff were very friendly.

The cons.

The golf course had so much winter green that we canceled our second day of golfing. I will say that they handled the situation incredibly well and were very accommodating.
Our bed creaked so much that it was distracting to sleep.
Sadly the main restaurant was closed. I blame covid for that one. The menu looked amazing, which made it more disappointing, because we had looked forward to going.
The interpretative Center never open. I also blame covid for that one.

Overall the property is gorgeous and they have done an amazing job at recognizing the past and incorporating respect and recognition into everything.

I think the property needs some refreshing but overall it's great. We would not hesitate to go back.

I've been to hundreds of casinos for many decades. I have never seen a casino so RIGGED. I never expect to win, just wanted to have a little fun. Never cashed or won, not even a few dollars win, after spending hours in the casino Our complaint was laughed at by staff member, telling us it was called "gambling", If I could give this place zero starts I would, worst gambling experience of my life. Stay away!

My family and I travel for 5 months a year and we travel all of western Canada. This site would easily rank 5 in all of western Canada.
The grounds were great, the staff were awesome as well.
The sites were big and great for families. We will be back in August.

If you are looking for an RV park in Cranbrook , BC, I recommend this park. It is situated by the river with spectacular mountain views. The maintenance on the property is outstanding. The owner has planted trees that should be mature in a few years. The best washrooms I've seen in a campground. The price is fixed and includes everything. You can golf at the course for a discount and take advantage of the Casino, hotel dining and spa. We are in Covid times, so it's a bit different now. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay. Covid meant the casino and numa restaurant was closed but the 19th hole golf patio resto was open and pretty good. We stayed in the mission quarters, exposed brick king sized bed lovely sunshine poured in and spacious bathroom. Great sleep so nice and quiet. The entrance to the hotel is quite breathtaking and the vines on the mission building are enchanting. An employee named Gordie spoke with us about the heritage of the property and its vestiges of its residential school history. This resort embraces the dark history of the school but reinterprets it in positivity by reinvvisioning it with the resort features while still weaving homages to the past. Very tastefully. I appreciated this very much. Now onto the golf course, wow! Such fantastic links. Lovely layout and use of levels. Hoodoos, rivers, canyon vistas and sprawling greens with forest shade and wildlife sightings. The resort while tucked away is only 10 minutes to downtown Cranbrook so you really can enjoy all the city amenities while you unwind in the seclusion. Highly recommend the resort! Pool anchor tubs are open as well!
