I know first hand the reputation that Sportsman's had years ago, and I'm certain it was well deserved....but this might as well be a completely new complex that can barely be considered a weekly by Las Vegas standards, more like an apartment complex that accepts rent as frequently as once a week. The security guards seem to be everywhere at once, they are alert and assertive which allows the residents a sense of safety and people with criminal backgrounds are not able to rent here. It is quiet, clean, safe, and well kept. In the 3 months I've been here I have not seen ONE bug, the grounds are beautiful, and the office is professional and polite!

I lived at Sportsman's with my young son for 6 months; prior to that, we'd stayed there off and on over the years as circumstances dictated. I've seen the property evolve over time and I honestly believe that it's one of the greatest success stories of its kind in Vegas. They have revitalized the area and completely rehabilitated the property itself in every way. We loved our apartment here and were actually sad to leave it for many reasons; ultimately we left because I'm not a fan of many of the people living there, but that's just par for the course when living in any major city. They do a fantastic job keeping people out who shouldn't be there and an even better job removing them if they happen to get through. The management and staff work unbelievably hard to keep this place continually improving and they don't get nearly enough credit for it.

I've lived on this property 4 years now, and i love it. The staff in the office and on the property are great. The rooms are spacious and clean. Best prices on boulder. Come down and see for yourself.
