The front desk girl to whom I inquired with was borderline rude. I was trying to confirm some room details with her, but I felt she was dismissive. Instead of simply answering my queries, she told me to go to their website and make a reservation there. She even directed me to use their telephone and asked me to dial some number - telephone did not have number buttons - and call the reservations to book a room. I did manage to book our reservation online, since the front desk person wasn't able to help me with it. But I should have been able to talk to someone regarding my inquiries. As a result, we learned that our room didn't have a bathtub only when we got there.
Room still looked great, clean, and comfy. No NETFLIX though, they only have cable. The bidet's pressure was also a huge problem. Pressure was too strong to the point it felt like a power washer and I'm not kidding, it really hurt. As for the service after checking in, it was great but we wish they could extend that even before you've booked your reservation.
That initial experience really stuck with us so not really sure we'll visit again.
