Amazing service. Peaceful and beautiful spa, ask for Laila. She was very polite and patient. Don't hesitate

Very nice place. Incredible options of massages and body care, attentive staff and comfortable spaces for spa and hammam. We tried the body massage and it was amazing.

The service at the pool area was HORRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE... don't waste your time and money. The huge flies won't let you drink or eat. A mojito costs $24 and it took 3 attempts for the bartender to get it right because she didn't know how to make it. The pool round chair cost $40 to rent and the admission is another $24 per kid. For that price tag, you should give a decent service. Even my children refuse to return. The pool servers act as if they were forced to work and were disgusting in their behaviors and manners, for no reason. You walk down there and they start acting as if they have a beef with you.
Mediocrity at his peak!

One of the oldest hotel in town. It's supposed to be a 5 stars but there's definitely room for improvement. It's nearly empty, most of the good stuff that used to make it a place to be have been closed. It's now looks like a ghost hotel. It can definitely be better.
