They gave out our reserved/pre paid for rooms and then refused to reimburse my card because we went through expedia. While I understand red tape, it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

The property was nice, clean and comfortable but I don't see it as a 200 dollar a night hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Sorry can't give a 5 due to the price.

We got to stay in a handicap accessible from. The toilet was coming loose from the floor and the shower floor the bathroom floor making it slippery.
In sure of that it was the first time I got a sounds sleep in a hotel and a good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helped me greatly answering several questions before I checked in and after I forgot something in my room. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I used Last Minute Travels on Google.

This hotel is of moderate quality. The room wasn't very big, the shower and toilet were a little cramped and the room had a faint outdoor of smoke when I arrived. But the AC cleared that up pretty quick, at least enough I didn't notice during the night. The shower had good water pressure and got hot quickly. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little overpriced but it was tourist season and every hotel was overpriced. Overall I would stay here again.
