Water wasn't working for a shower. No place for breakfast, would be nice if they had a little cafe or a continental breakfast. The casino was nice. Rooms are cozy. Id definitely go back to the New side.

Spent $91.00 a night for two nights stay over the weekend. Asked hotel front desk to service room 411 for our next nights stay, came back to room at 2am. after playing in casino, room was not cleaned or serviced. Went back down to hotel front desk and there was no one there. Talked to security guard and told him our problem. He said he would get someone up there to take care of it. No one ever came. So I don't think I will go back there, since my request was not addressed, and hotel services were lousy. Was not even offered a refund, or anything else for that matter.

We stayed on the "old side" of the hotel. The door appeared not to close all the way. Very stuffy in the room, thankfully the air conditioning worked. Heard a lot of others running up and down the halls, not a nice quiet place to relax at all! The hot water took over 5 MINUTES to heat up! The beds were super hard! The TV glitched, couldn't enjoy watching anything. Housekeeping did not come to clean our room or bring fresh towels. We had to go to the front desk to get more. Wouldn't recommend staying on the old side of the hotel.

so I came back for more waitress was great, food was decent, not very good for the price but it was good. Better than before. The Long Island tea was horrible.
Yet no taxes!

I used to eat at the restaurant but they have no manners or customer service. Very disappointing. Really sad I don't get it.
