The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I just hate that the room didn't have a microwave and refrigerator. The parking spaces were too small, and if you don't valet park, expect to walk for what seems like a mile. I would stay again.

Was in the casino area almost 3 hours with 2 others. Staff was quiet / pleasant. Heard 2 bells rang but no one shouted like they used to. Whole place was kind of a quiet place but it was full of people. You always know you're never going to beat the house but you do want to have fun while you're there 😉

The hotel portion of the casino is really nice. The rooms come in two categories. Smoking and non-smoking.
The beds are medium hardness and the bathroom is very clean and stocked. Only four stars because of the scenery. Unless you specifically ask you might get a room facing the access road, and not the natural beauty of the forest. Overall friendly staff and very clean establishment.

The hotel staff really should scrub the tubs more often. The years of neglect is evident due to the soap scum build-up. I wanted to clean it myself but the house keeper refused to let me borrow a bottle of basic cleaner, even after me asking twice and explaining to her the simple reason why I wanted to use it. Other than that, the rooms were nice and all other staff was nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to town.

Couldn't get a room at either casino. Had to settle for the Dancing Rabbit inn. Had issues upon check in. I was told we would have maintenance come fix the toilet. That was approximately 5pm. I called back later. I was told they were on break. My wife and I was heading out to the casino and informed the front desk again. We were reassured that it would be fixed by the time we got back. We arrived after 1:00am and nothing resolved. I called back to the front desk. I was told that since nobody answered the door they couldn't enter. I informed her that someone was in the room. She said "Well they went up there". I told her I wanted it fixed soon. 45 minutes later I had to call back and was informed that they knocked on the door and nobody answered. I informed her that nobody had knocked on my door. I reminded her of my room number and when they finally arrived...they informed me that the front desk clerk told them it was room 116....I was in room 416. Repeatedly I told them my room number and still the information was mishandled. This is the second trip where something was wrong. At least they got their fees without offering anything to make up for the inconvenience on either trip. Very disappointing...they need the old management back.
