Grat hotel with a great staff. Everyone that works here have been very friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning was not working the first night and the maintenance team fixed it right a way. The rooms are pretty basic but in a good way. No real complaints about the room especially since we never spent time in the room except to sleep. The pool was a little crowded but not to bad. They do need more food selections here though.

It was cool. The place was busy, but we didn't wait for very long, or have a reservation. We asked someone for ranch, he had a black apron on but I think he might have been a janitor or something. My point is that, I don't think it was his job but he knew where to get it from! The overall quality of food and experience was great. (Side note: my fiance Andrew was under the impression that club sandwiches always have bacon on them. Guess not 🤷) I'm leaving 4 stars because there's always room for improvement, but keep up the legacy!

This was a birthday trip booked through booking.com. The hotel was still beautiful as it was years ago the last time I was there. I had a king size bed with a view which I had asked for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to all my requests. The bed was cozy enough to snuggle in. The heater worked well too. There was no microwave in the room that was a bummer. Dinner was delicious cod and fries. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good but the $10.00 fee for delivery to your room was a bummer. The decor in the room was really nice. It seemed to look like a upgrade it was nice. Checkout was at 12noon it was perfect. Overall my birthday trip to myself went well. So well me and my husband will go soon. And guess where I'm going....you guessed it the Silver Legacy in Reno. 🙂???-??'?

I placed a reservation for a king bed in a non smoking room... I checked in and was told that there were no rooms above the 7th floor, the pin pad machine was down and it took about ten minutes to finish the transaction after the person checked with what I assumed was the manager. My sister in law checks in 5 minutes behind me and was able to get a room closer to our party so the attendee lied. I get to my room and it was really outdated, had what looked like two full beds, smelled of smoke and there was a camera package underneath the bed. They must not have cleaned much. My sister in laws room was on the 21st floor and and looked nice, had a king bed, nice TV and nice shower. When I complained, lady didn't do anything...

Update: I booked a 3 night stay on 2/20/21. The room i was given this time was a players suite on the 33rd floor. This room was Amazing! It was 100 percent better from our last stay. It was good to dine inside restaurants, almost felt like back to normal. Will definitely be back.
