This place what can I say they literally would not rent to my friend who's 65 years old single male because he had owned a home and had to evict somebody out of it and they tried to say the eviction was on his record they would not take the time to look into it just turned him away when you not even look twice at him there was a lot of sketchy people here it's not very big it looks like people have lived there for years

Just want to say this place is very well collected and the staff is very nice the manager knows his job and the front desk csr name Regina really hit it with the great customer service and knows how to take control. I didn't stay here but did took a look at one of their rooms and as a potential customer I am really thinking of giving it a shot since I'll be in Vegas again later after the Pandemic.

Ok.. I don't know about all these complaints.. yes it is in a not great area of town.. but seriously, the manager is very kind and willing to help people who need help. My family and I had no where to go and they helped us. The people up front are amazing and maintenance is very timely. The rooms were not big, or luxurious, but I never encountered bed bugs. Only a couple roaches and honestly, I came from a home infested with scorpions. Roaches are the least of my worries.. the people staying here are nice. Our neighbors are fantastic and the only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because they were pretty filthy. But I brought my steam mop and my broom and cleaning supplies. I mean come on, they are willing to help you, I'll take what I can get. I have our home super tidy, it's cozy, warm, and we are happier here than in our 4br house! Don't listen to the stuff people are saying.. it's not true.

front offices ladies 3 of them pretty good customer service. Anna Marie and two other ones samoan race..real nice people. the only reason i gave 4 stars was the amount been paid for staying there

Absolutely awful experience of a motel, hotel, apartments, whatever the hell these are, they're gross. I met one nice worker and one nice guest staying there and that was all. Everyone else around was sketchy and workers didn't want to work. Never cleaned rooms, WALKED INTO A CIGARETTE BUTT ON MY FLOOR, I am absolutely dumbfounded by the amount of filth and just overall disrespect this place showed for their guests. Save yourself the money and time and stay somewhere better. You can find a lot cheaper too trust me.
