We've been a small handful of times hoping that it might be better or maybe we came at a bad night. The casino is small and dated. During covid there are some efforts to clean the machines but it could be better. We've had the food in the past from the restaurant and it's always just been food.. edible, but nothing special. The vegetables appear to be frozen that you could just heat up at home. Servers have always been very polite and nice (you can tell they're doing their best), but it's definitely taken us time to get drinks at the bar and service at the restaurant is also slow as they seem to be understaffed. This place is okay for a night out when you just need something to do.

Really nice, and big inside. Fancy. Lots of machines, yet lots of space between machines, not overly crowded. Always busy, anytime I've been there.

Machines were rarely cleaned. Security personnel that registers everyone as they come in could be.more friendly and welcoming. Should offer free soft drinks like other casinos do, in a can or bottle.

From the security, Customer service, dealers, floor workers and Restaurant staff they have always been top notch. I haven't had a problem yet that they haven't been able to fix. Except winning more money but they can't help with everything :D

They really respected the Covid regulations. It was clean and social distancing is done with ease. Personal opinion the casino just doesn't feel the same without all the noises of bells and machine sounds. The atmosphere just isn't the same with so little people and machines on. I hope things get back to normal soon.
