Very pleasant desk staff. Room was comfortable but needs some deep cleaning. The curtains were soiled and so were the bed skirts. I was surprised that there was no fridge in my room. That is usually standard. Housekeeping is understaffed but very friendly. I requested a heavier blanket and didn't get it until the next day. The restaurant was super busy. They were only taking reservations but no matter how many times I called they didn't pick up the phone. I ended up finding a few nice places to eat off site. The area is nice and lively not too far from places to see and things to do. The pool staff are awesome!!!

View and location were great.

Staff didn't communicate with each other well - we got a late check out and were lectured by housekeeping when we were still in our room past regular check out time. The restaurants were incredibly busy, and the staff was either rude or so frazzled that it wasn't worth it to actually eat at the restaurants themselves.

As far as our room was concerned, our view was incredible and the bed comfortable. The room itself smelled like some kind of chemical, and not the cleaning kind. The tub in the bathroom didn't drain, so we were showering in ankle deep water. Hurricane latch on the balcony wouldn't click into place. It also took well over an hour to get a couple towels from housekeeping.

For how much we paid, we expected something much nicer.

A very average hotel at one point. Now pretty run down. Basic Motel 6 amenities for Four Seasons prices.

If you are paying over $200 a night you should definitely shop around. Currently it's going for $600-$700. But not close to Old San Juan or the beach.

Room was clean but old, run down and stained.

Neat and orderly, the staff is helpful and always ready to attend the public. Ambience is as usual of a clean hotel for most who have small time and need small rooms.

The fourth floor is kept for entertainment activities such as two pools, a bar, tables, and a mini live concert podium; all in all, in the open, with a view of the convention center facing the big roundabout street.

Free parking is lacking, payed option would be ~$10-$12, I think per day. Please ask the employees for that.

Bonus!
There is a small district near it with a Caribbean Cinemas, more bars and restaurants, and a T-mobile center.
