Restaurant visit was a nightmare! After sitting for an hour and a half we were told they had no chicken. We ordered something else and were told we were now the only people they were cooking for and it would be quick. We waited another 20 minutes for a cold pasty with some congealed gravy on it, sub par pork sandwich and sliders my grandson couldn't eat.

Sunday brunch...many items on the menu were not available. The kitchen overwhelmed and service was slow despite an efficient waitress. But the food was good when we finally got it, 45+ minutes later. Fun watching the locals.

Was sorry to see how downhill the service has gone. I realize the shortage of help but there were three other tables and I thought the person out chatting was a waitress but she was the cook! The manager was sitting at the bar, one would have thought she would have assisted the cook to get meals out.

Went for breakfast, arrived at 11:10, was told it was too late, and would need to order lunch. Was also told we had to sit in the bar area. Two other tables were served breakfasts over the next 20 minutes before the waitress came by to say we were next. 30 minutes later our lunches came out. Now it was a good burger, but not worth waiting 50 minutes for when we really all wanted breakfasts. I am guessing it took the cook some time to change out for lunches, which added to our wait. To top it all off, the F-bombs flying around the bar, mainly by the bartender that got off her shift at noon. Not family friendly if forced to sit near the bar.

The food took 1 hour and 20 minutes. The eggs were raw and sausage was burnt. My husband never got part of his food. The server was rude and rarely came to check on us, give us coffee or update us on the food. I've never had worse service or waited that long. We will never be back.

Thank you for responding and asking how to make it right. I really don't think we will come back. But you may want to encourage the server to be more welcoming and attentive with her customers. She was rude to us as soon as we got there and would go 15 minutes or more without checking to see if we needed coffee. I had to ask several times for water glasses and refills on coffee. We understood that the kitchen was having difficulties, but this went above and beyond. My husband's eggs were not what he ordered and were raw. Maybe just follow up with the server and cook to make sure the next guest doesn't have a similar experience. We could have handled the kitchen running behind as long as we would have been treated kindly and would have at least gotten the food we ordered.
