Just ok. Lots of older machines. Hardly anyone here if you want social distancing, no worries there. Just didn't have the exciting ambience that you see in most casinos. As far as coming out ahead in your wallet.....I'll let you decide.

We checked in to the hotel for 5 nights and no one told us there would be no Housekeeping during our stay. We had to put the dirty towels in a plastic bag outside our door each morning. We were supposed to get clean towels each time we put the dirty towels out but 3 times we had to go to the front desk for clean towels. Also, no one picked up the trash. We had to set that outside in the hallway, too. I think the casino is severely understaffed.

I am in Warroad once a year and stay here. They treat Military Veterans kindly, and I hope they continue.

Mediocre.. your basic casino. I wasn't too impressed.. lots of games.. respectful employees.. but nothing too special

Staff was rude and yelled at us and told us we were the ones with attitude. She then called her manager who was even ruder to us and told us we had to leave or stay in our room for the rest of the night and not be seen. They also don't care if you aren't able to wear a mask for medical reasons you'll be publicly called out. Food was ok could've been more for what you pay, drinks are pretty expensive. No coffee in the room and you had to go get soap at the front desk. Sorta felt like Germany circa 1942
