It's a beautiful hotel. Comfortable and well maintained. I only wish they had the Waterpark hours posted on the front page of their site when we booked. We brought our kids for a night to get some water park time and only realized after checking in that it wasn't open during the week.

Customer service has been absolutely terrible since the reopening. Slots are terribly tight, great play to spend your money and get zero payback. Bet almost 1,000 and never got into any bonuses, let alone a decent pay out. Definitely done going back.

100% smoke free now. They are cleaning the machines all the time. The place is always clean.

The website does not tell you the water park is sold out and only open weekends. The buffet is closed! I traveled 3 hours after reserving my room and got here to find out all of this!! Very unimpressed and the casino closes what casino closes!!!??? Do not go here without making proper reservations!!! Don't forget to reserve your pool passes

This casino has the odds turned so low that it's not even fun to go there ANY MORE!! You can have more fun staying home playing Yahtzee, cards, watching tv or visiting friends and family! Don't waste your time at this horrible casino!!!!! It's just a HUGE disappointment!!!!!
