Casino with limited table games. Electronic slot machines (Chinese based games). Not really much going for it. Customer service is non existent and there is no real "soul". Seriously needs a ux and cx experience re-tooling

Room so far so good but the water pressure is slow, ok for staying but need staff able speak in english especially reception counter & spa..

Don't think this casino is of international quality. The shown statistics inside show that less than 1/3 of money betted is paid out weekly. Very hard to win and machines are full of tricks, with buttons placed to trick visitors into placing x15, x50 bets etc. Few machines have honest features and good win rates, such as a few Australian machines. No statistics on the % chance of winning features.
Visitors are mostly Thai and many jackpot machines majority having 1b minimum bet. Have 0.50b and a few 0.20b machines as well.
Free coffee and tea of low quality. Not much entertainment as well.
Great place to lose a few hundred baht for fun and get back to the Thai side.

Great food, room ok, TV has 2 good movie channels in English. Fun on the tables playing tiger or dragon game.
