My view of Saratoga Racetrack has not changed when it comes to Management. We came back to work, and we weren't even given a simple care package with hand sanitizer or even a mask if we wanted one or disinfectant wipes to clean the area where we work. I think that when safety involves the workers, it means sanitation as well. We don't have running water at our stations to freely wash our hands. And why do we have to bring water from home? Why can't we be provided water by management like Security provides for their officers?
I feel that management should step back and take a look and the things they do to the workers at the track! We work hard in the heat! Workers are not allowed to get any perks that are given out on special days, yet we see boxes and bags being carried off the property by management to their cars. When it's scorching hot, there is no water available for us! You would think that the track would show appreciation by throwing a luncheon for the employees. Let's talk about bonuses! I have never worked at a place that took taxes out of a bonus! INTEGRATED should be ashamed of the things they do and management should be looked into for allowing the poor treatment of staff. I have watched as individuals got angry at their coworkers seating clients because they felt they were interfering with their tips. Positions should be rotated NO ONE should be PRIVILEGED! It's a job and everyone should be afforded the same opportunity to make tips! I hope that Saratoga Racetrack will take a hard look at the PEOPLE who makes it possible for the track to OPERATE!

Great place to be with on a nice summer's day. Friendly people, large venue, great experience. Enjoy derby day.

Rudest man I ever talked to answered the phone. I was a tourist visiting the area that day and interested in visiting the racetrack NOT when the horses were running, but just for historical purposes. The man who identified himself as being with Security cut me off four times. He shouldn't have bothered to answer the phone, he could have just peed on it from a distance. No interest in ever going there now ... for anything...EVER.

No better place than Saratoga NY in the summer, great food ,best horse racing in America..

Our pride and joy! Saratoga Race Track is the historical and cultural center of Saratoga Springs. Anyone in Saratoga during racing season should not hesitate to come by, you will not regret it!
