Very happy with my stay. Very reasonable prices. Very nice clean room. Attached casino is spotless. A large off track betting room and live harness racing in season. Very reasonable food and drink prices. Bring your AAA card.

Hotel is very nice. Staff are definitely not all on the same page and not knowledgeable with general questions. We got different answers from different staff every time we asked a question. They also had untrained staff working the coffee shop and she was very nervous about it. Definitely not her fault, she tried her best.

Always great room and front desk. Was really upset when I ordered takeout from the steakhouse expecting the $20 special and I ended up paying over $50. When I was ready to eat it, I was shocked with how small the piece of steak was. And along with the disappointment of dinner, I was awoken with the fire alarm going off. This was the 3rd time that has happened to me. As far as the restaurant in the casino, the meat that is sliced individually as requested, that meat is very dry. When I mentioned that to a chef, they just looked at me and said nothing.
Casino is torn apart now, but it was not over crowded, and all restaurants were open. I hope I will be able to get perks like I use to, discount on hotel and food. I am sure they will try, but right now there are 3 people in Saratoga that have reported the new strain of the virus.
The casino scans you when you come in so they have a record who are there and for tracing.
Of course no valets, you have to park yourself.

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion. I ordered a cheese platter and strawberries to be in the room upon arrival. This was not done. When asked about it they said the house keeping staff must have taken them. Did not offer to replace them. Wanted to give me a credit at the steak house only good for my stay. I had reservation for another restaurant. The room was nice but had carved on furniture that I got splinters from . No light bulbs in the bedside lamp. Saratoga hotel great way to ruin a special occasion.

Very nice casino, it is always very clean, and the staff are very friendly. They do not offer live table games, only digital ones. The nightclub is great; went there for Halloween. The only reason I have given them four stars out of five is due to the small size of the casino. Although this casino is not my favorite, mostly due to its size, I would definitely still recommend this place to anyone.
