I've spent near $10k at this place. Not take home but lost. I'm not mad at my money whatsoever or mad at them for losing it. But when I ask for a comp to the steakhouse and they tell me I don't have any comp, that's a big problem. I've played with my card a majority of the time as well to track my play. Mind you I've played at plenty of casinos across the state's, and never had a problem getting a comp after losing money. That's how you keep good business. I work in the industry of servicing customers and making them feel welcomed each and every time they visit, but apparently Santa Fe Station doesn't quite get that recipe. Mr Jordan, the host, needs to figure out what it takes to retain business. A measly $200 comp cost them a good customer. There's plenty of casinos in Vegas, let's be honest, I'm just a blip on the map for these clowns anyways .

This place is clean and nice, especially off the strip! I prefer to go here when I visit my parents only took me $14 to make my 100 into 200! The food is good, great at the steakhouse! This is a smoking facility so if you're sensitive to that, please be aware! Other than that? It's an awesome casino! :)

Overall value is hard to beat; Rock solid customer service, food venues and game play. Off the strip, so it's not as hectic and noisy, yet not too far if you want to visit the strip. Convenient location next to 95 and easy to get to most anywhere with ease.

It could have been worse . Staff were mostly helpful. Need seating outside when waiting for ride. One Restaurant for the entire complex! Good luck getting breakfast. One choice for breakfast, again good luck getting any...hour plus wait. Outside patio seating would be nice. Yes it's hot but other places can deal with it. Bathroom needs major improvement.
