Perfect for a nice family vacation. This is our second time at this facility and we were very happy we went there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of amenities. The pool area is great (the pool bar a big plus). Spa had limited availability but enjoyed a really great massage. Not a ton of food options, but several restaurants literally across the street. Highly recommend it!

Location, amenities, and customer service, the 3 most important things to consider when I travel with my family. All 3 were awesome during our stay. The one thing that stuck out the most the young lady at the front desk Raisa/Ms.Perez, she was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Any issues we encountered she was able to get resolved. Anything we needed she help us get, although I was one of many guest Ms.Perez always made me feel like I was the most important guest at that moment. I never felt rushed or felt any attitude from her even when I was frustrated about our room mix up. I will always come back and recommend this resort and it's all because of Ms. Perez. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, proactive attitude are all traits of someone who understands hospitality and taking care of their guest. A 1000 times thank you Ms. Perez and to Ms. Olga for helping us get the hot water issue taking care of.
Everyone at the hostel was amazing casino staff, breakfast staff, security guards, etc.

Stayed here 3/26/21 - 3/29/21 for spring break. My only complaint is that I booked a Cabana Oceanfront room online through a 3rd party vendor, but they did not have my room available for me on the day of. But they did give me a downgraded "Oceanfront Room" for a lessor price. So I was fine with that. Overall this hotel was a good experience. I like the restaurants, bar, food, atmosphere and the rooms. The customer service is fairly good too.

Andre Gonzalez was an amazing host, such a wonderful worker everything we need in food and drinks, he made sure everything was perfect to every level, always had a smile. He made our vacation worth our while when we stood there. I highly recommend him 100%. Thank you for everything. Yours truly Ivette stood in room 1225.
