I stayed here for the weekend for my 21st birthday. the staff/security guards were friendly and awesome. the bartenders in the casino were great too and the drinks were better than the other casinos. the food was good and the staff in the cafes were friendly. the only reason I'm giving it just 4 stars is because our room was dirty in the bathroom and it looks like they just swept a bunch of stuff under the dressers. otherwise, the stay and the casino were pleasant! I will come back to the hotel/casino in the future.

Sam's Town Hotel Handicapped # 2150 Room was really nice. We loved the pillows and bed. Shower was handi.
Let's talk about the access to the room....not good! A non-handicapped person would think it is close but for a handicapped person it is way too far!! We checked on a scooter and it was over $100 to rent for 3 days. Handicapped people who rent an handicapped room should get a discount on the scooter. My husband had a stroke and he can walk short distances such as from machine to machine not down several halls and all the way across the building to get into the vehicle. Before you say, pick up at the hotel.. you have the easy access blocked off....we loved our room but we did not come to stay in our room :0(.

I can say I went in hoping for a great experience. Upon checkin I was told the room I was getting was for people with disabilities. There was no bathtub. The room was not cleaned properly, how do I know. There were several pieces, some not so small, under the bed. The water coming from the sink in the bathroom was barely turned to warm was extremely hot. The commode lid wouldn't stay up. If you are going for the rooms, don't. Bed seemed to be with fresh sheets and pillows but that's all I'm giving it.
