Great value! Price is right, food is good, pool area is very nice.
Was VERY disappointed that the pool was closed for most of my stay. No reason given, no apology or compensation. Had a 4am fire alarm that took an hour to clear. No apology, no compensation, no explanation.
This place appears to have no visible on site management or care about customer service.

Stating upfront that this restaurant is attached to a casino.
The entrees were fairly priced for the portion size accept for their fries. They were skimpy on their fry portions. The other reason for 3 stars was the air quality. The air in the restaurant smelled like second hand smoke. It was drifting in from the casino and detracted from our meal. So, if you or others that your with, are sensitive to second hand smoke this may be something you want to check out first before sitting down. If the casino or restaurant improve or repair their ventilation system I would definitely give them a higher rating.

Food was delicious, if a little bland, but it was quick and I was hungry! Room was a walk to get to, no big deal except my father can't handle stairs well with his knees. Inside the room was big! Very nice, until you stepped in the bathroom and every time you moved the floor creaked and you thought you would fall through. Shower was very squealy, not ideal for showering at 6:30 am, thought I'd wake everyone around me up.

Years ago we stayed at the hotel and found it acceptable and it included breakfast buffet for 2, but I'm sure that is not offered anymore. Now the cafe/buffet is except for breakfast buffet daily and prime rib buffet on Sat(think covid here) to cafe, but it's gone from a favorite to not at all for it's slipped very badly. The casino was pretty much a daily stop for us on our 5 1/2 months in Pahrump, but not anymore. We don't go anymore and of course every casino ain't what it used to be, however the SW has far and away has dropped the most.

Ok Hotel Casino nice rooms could use some clothe hanger hooks in the bathroom so your clothe are not on the floor, but very nice pool and walkways. Good car parking plus RV camping areas for $25 a night, a double room we had was $ 89 for 3 persons. Clean nice buffet $. However for non smokers the casio did have a smoke smell but the room was non smoking.
