Superb hotel best in the area perfect for your luxury needs

This hotel is wonderful. It starts during check - in phase. You are asked to take a seat whilst the check in will be done for you by taking your identity card. Then you are brought to your room. The room was excellent, means silent and clean. Additionally I absolutely need to underline that all members of the hotel staff are very kind and extremely customer orientated. I ordered a NY package with lunch during noon. Due to the fact that I didn't take it, the hotel was very flexible and allowed me to take it as a dinner in the evening. Also remarkable is that the normal breakfast time is latest until 10 am. But exceeding this time limit was no problem. The staff allowed everyone to take the breakfast in calm condition w/o the need to hurry up. What was also great to enjoy classical music during breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, also the dinner. The portions are quite generous but also very good. To this hotel I will definitely come back. High recommended for people who want to calm down and relax. Wonderful experience and a huge thank you to the entire hotel staff!

We had a coffee and a Strudel outside on the terrace. Service was pleasant, and the Strudel very nice. One comment though: like quite many east European luxury hotels, staff were not trained enough to radiate cheerfulness and helpfulness.

We spent 5 nights here last week in Rubezahl Marienbad Castle Hotel & Wellness Resort. After reading tons of reviews on Czech Republic hotels we decided this castle-hotel was the right fit for us. The hotel is actually an old castle, totally renovated and combines the atmosphere of an old empire with avant-garde services and facilities. The personnel at Rubezahl Marienbad Castle Hotel & Wellness Resort was outstanding in striving to meet their guest needs and wants. The breakfast is fantastic as well as the food in general. It was quiet and the neighborhood felt safe. The suites were very clean with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The high ceilings made the room feel ultra-spacious and with large windows and a lot of natural light. I would definitely recommend Rubezahl Marienbad Castle Hotel & Wellness Resort.
