Food's really good! we ate upstairs. definitely no frills and requires you to not to be prissy. but service will come and food will be good.

Easy process, fast check in and boarding of our ship. Pretty clean for a big warehouse on a pier. Parking is close by with a free shuttle...the parking is $26 a day for a passenger car, but...it was cheaper than flying in and paying for the shuttle from the airport and back. There are options for parking, but this lot is secure.

Came in on a Holland American ship. Big but a simple layout. Easy to understand and thus to navigate. Pun intended.

First off I just want to say thank you to all the parking staff and those who helped direct people. It definitely didn't look easy but they all were so helpful. They made it easy to get in and out without any issues. Thanks again for the great experience!
