BEWARE. If you cancel, refunds may not come. I've waited 67 days since I cancelled (they tell you 30 to 45 days and when you call they will admit that is false) still no refund. The refunds are not all at once. They are nickels and dimes. Your bank account will be peppered with deposits if they do deposit anything. Do research and see what people are going through trying to get refunds. A shame.

Fantastic cruise terminal! Clean and pretty streamlined. You're not left thinking "what am I supposed to do next?". The staff is so friendly and express excitement for you as you embark on your cruise and say goodbye with smiling faces as you head back home a little more traveled. Parking is pretty pricy, but the garage is clean, well kept, and you can embark on your vacation ensured that your car will be kept safe. Our favorite cruise port!

This was the best cruise I have experienced yet. I have been cruising since 2009 but always with carnival cruise lines. This was my first time with royal. They are a little more pricey but well worth it. The perfect Day at coco cay was GRAND!!!!! I think they should do better about charging $14.95 per person a day to clean up your room . Otherwise everything was great!!!!!

I love Royal Caribbean! I always have so much fun on these ships and the food is always delicious. There are always so many activities to participate in, the pools are huge and amazing, and Coco Cay is the bomb. My only complaint is the beds, they are hard and uncomfortable. If the beds were comfortable, I'd have given a 5 star rating.

My husband and I went on a cruise to the Caribbean and we were on the harmony of the seas ship. It was so much fun and the ship and crew were amazing. Our room was always made up and they went in our room and cleaned it at least twice a day. The food was really good. So many options for food as well. Lots of options for entertainment, comedy, water shows and DJ events. Definitely not a shortage for things to do while on the ship. We highly recommend!
