If I could make a lower rating I would. These folks are selling cruises with no plans of actually boarding anyone. They take your money, no refunds, then continually cancel the cruise. They were selling cruises for months with no cruise actually scheduled. then they said they were starting them up in June 2021, but had been selling them for months before and no actual cruises scheduled. Fraud???? I suspect so..... They say you get a cruise credit when cancelled, but they time out your credit so you dont get a thing. Sorry this virus has you folks in such a place but that doesnt give you the right to steal from everyone who books.

This ship is HUGE! It's a hike to go anywhere! Our room was at front of ship, the buffet and dining was at back of ship. By the time we got to our destinations I wasn't looking forward to more walking. The service was good, the shows were great. The buffet lacked surprisingly. It was bland food I could make at home. Would I go again? Maybe in a smaller ship. I would definitely do more research on my boat.

This was our first cruise ship experience and we LOVED it! The crew on the ship were super friendly and professional and the shows were fantastic! Definitely would like to do it again sometime.

Enchantment is a wonderful ship with a fantastic crew! The service is top notch. We fell in love with the bartenders and the MDR waiters. The food and drinks are delicious and the entertainment director, Bobby, provides non-stop fun for all the guests. Thank you for all the great memories!
