Extremely toxic corporate culture specially in certain departments which will neuter your professional will. The magic that made their ships special has disappeared and it's all now about bottom line. Wish them well but top management needs to be replaced with people that truly care about their customers and employees.

Stay away from this company they made me get vaccinated with this horrible j&j vaccine I got super sick worst than covid and a day later they cancel my reservation. Are you kidding me? They only refund half of the taxes. Stealing from the government and me of course. And they also say that I could book the next cruise with 125% credit but the new cruise was downgraded with less than what I had before and was triple the amount that I initially paid.
They ask me to pay more or cancel and full refund.
Up to this point no cruise no vacation no money no response no refund. Scammers at large scale. I rather go in the Disney cruises where they deff take care of you. First time ever booking with this company never again.

Straight up criminals who stole our money! When Royal Caribbean announced in the spring they developed a cruise with confidence program for those who were fully paid for cruises during the pandemic we felt better about our situation. The program issued a full refund or future credit for 125%. When we called to request our refund we were told our full refund would be issued within 90 days. We received a partial payment and called to follow up. The agent told us our money would come in different amounts but the balance will be paid within 90 days.
Once 90 days came and went we called to find out where our money was. Now they are refusing the remaining balance of $1300 for a cruise that never even happened. I'm beyond livid and will never be cruising with the company ever again. I don't understand how this can even be legal. To this day their website details the cruise with confidence program. I'll also add that we are repeat customers within the many brands of RC Int. I'm sure they are doing this to other people as well. Stealing people's money during a pandemic is absolutely disgusting!

BEWARE. If you cancel, refunds may not come. I've waited 67 days since I cancelled (they tell you 30 to 45 days and when you call they will admit that is false) still no refund. The refunds are not all at once. They are nickels and dimes. Your bank account will be peppered with deposits if they do deposit anything. Do research and see what people are going through trying to get refunds. A shame.
