We booked a cruise before the pandemic. All cruises were cancelled we were given a future cruise credit that was less than what we paid for the cruise. Then we booked another cruise a year later and put the cruise credit and a deposit down which unfortunately was also cancelled. This has been the most painful experience trying to get refunded. They told me they don't have the card number they told me it would first take 90 days to get it back it never came I called they said they didn't have but last 4 digits of the card number we verified the card number they said 1-2 weeks then we never got it then when I called (mind you this is 5 months after I was told it would be refunded to me) they told me they put it on a card number that the money didn't even come out of so we have to now wait again for the bank to give it back to them so they can "forget" to refund us again. This whole process has been a huge scam and we aren't even getting refunded the money we actually put into it.

We booked a cruise in January before COVID shut everything down. The cruise was canceled by Royal and we opted to receive our money back. The email we received said it could take up to 45 days. We waited the appropriate time and never received our money back ($4,000). We called and they swore up and down they sent it. We called our credit card company and they had absolutely no trace of a refund. We called Royal back and there was no information they could give (tracking number, process number, etc...) So now I'm stuck here out $4,000 and racking up interest charges (which they said they wouldn't help with).

We had over 20 people in our party. All have received their funds back almost immediately. But for us they don't seem to have any answers. Terrible customer service all around. Even worse turn around time getting people their money back. I'll never sail with this company again. On top of it, they did NOTHING to try and make up for it at all. Just terrible all around.

We booked a cruise for 50 of our friends to celebrate a birthday. The cruise was cancelled and non of use received a refund. I waited for 60 days and was told a refund was issued which was a lie. None of my friends received there refunds either. I ended up disputing it with my credit card company. I also reported them to the better business bureau. I cruise a lot but will never sail with this company again.

We sailed out of here on Saturday afternoon and returned on Thursday morning. Checking in was fairly straightforward and all of the staff were extremely helpful.

On our return, we chose to have the ship's staff transfer our luggage to the terminal for us rather than lug it ourselves. We were lucky to have a late luggage call which allowed us to enjoy one final breakfast aboard ship.

Once we claimed our luggage, we hired a porter to transport it through customs. I highly recommend using a porter, because we breezed through customs.

My only complaint was that there is minimal seating outside of the terminal. We cleared customs so quickly that we were finished about 45 minutes before our transportation was scheduled to arrive. Luckily for us, our transportation arrived early. Otherwise, we would have been standing around for a half hour or more.

The terminal itself is fine. The signage for parking and confusing street signs is another story. The city needs to do a better job of directing visitors where to go. These terminals bring a lot of revenue to the city, spending a few dollars to improve the area around them wouldn't hurt.
