Fun, busy, great truck parking with free shuttle to and from truckers parking. Security 24/7 on site felt very safe. Everyone was so kind but shuttles cannot take any tips casino rules!! That would be the only thing I would change Everyone deserves tips for great service.

Me personally, the locals are really nice, really clean place, good security who help out, and really good payouts. You can push your luck and play a little more and win big. Be careful though. Better than Newcastle. We have more luck on penny slot but the $1-$5 demon are always really good...

Very saddened at the conditions of the casinos these days this was one of my favorite casinos. We had comp rooms and free food at Chip and Ale . In the past we had had no issues but the last two times our food was less than standard.
This time I ordered a meal of the cod and shrimp which came with coleslaw and chips a dessert and a salad.
I had to wait on the food even though the girl told me it wasn't ready it was sitting behind the counter getting cold.
Normally this three-course meal I would have paid $25 for which I have in the past.
Upon getting to my room and getting the food out the salad had very little cheese there were only two very tiny pieces of cod and there were only two overcooked shrimp and a handful of cold fries...
Then to top it off the chocolate cake was wrapped in a piece of what appeared to be wax paper or parchment paper and it was stuck to the cake...
This is nowhere near the meal it should have been.
To top it off the hotel no longer does housekeeping unless you tell them when you check in which they forget to advise that you have to do..
Therefore no extra towels no coffee in the room the next morning..
if these are changes due to the current circumstances then they should become part of the normal spiel..
