Riverside casino has really tightened up the winnings going out! Could spend $1000.00 and get 2 bonuses, which pay less than $15.00 apiece. ??'? Takes the fun out fast!! I dislike the way in which the food rewards are rewarded. Having to spend $10.00 to receive a $5.00 discount after spending thousands on the casino floor is ridiculous!! That is not a reward. Drive quite a distance to just get to the casino, to be robbed again. Let us play a little. Please??

A late check out was requested. They allowed 30 minutes. That's not consistent with industry standards. I've been given 1-2 hours regularly by others. And...We can see your availability online. Dont tell customers that you need the room when you're wide open on a Tuesday morning.

Room was very comfortable. Should be for $300. Food was low quality to mediocre and high priced. Portions were average to small. The room itself was really nice. Try harder to make people feel like they get what they pay for... make them the priority over your cleaning staff scheduling.

And stop using your radios outside of customer rooms in the morning to transmit your cleaning staff communications. People are trying to sleep.
