I lived in Vegas for a while and this was my first visit to a casino outside of Vegas.
I honestly had low expectations.
But I was pleasantly surprised.
Very clean, friendly staff. No waiting in lines for service. Plenty and easy parking. It is smoking area for the majority inside, with a small non-smoking section and they do a pretty good job in trying to keep the air clean, and clean ashtrays.
They have a lot of slots including older ones, and in the center table games. A few nice restaurants. Overall, as far as casinos go, a really clean and well run establishment that would rival off-strip neighborhood casinos in Vegas.

The casino resort is very nice. It's clean, inviting, & the staff are great as well. I did lose my car in the unmarked/unnamed parking lot/garage (naming would help TREMENDOUSLY) but the security team helped me find it.

Their hotels are nice too. The room was airy & fresh. The 1 bed room had lots of space to move about.

The restaurants are amazing!!!

Booked a room in February which included 4 pool wristbands. They updated their pool policy since then and only gave two and two had to be purchased for $20, not the end of the world. Gladly paid for the other two as the pool was the main reason for our stay. Called and verified two days before about the wristbands and they said we could pick them up as early as 10am the day we checked in. Checked into the front desk for the wristbands around 1:30pm Saturday fast forward to Sunday at 10am after our stay we go to the pool they check our wristbands and bags no big deal. Fast forward to 2:57pm they come by right after we order drinks and say that guests that stayed last night have 3 minutes to be out. After multiple points of contact over the phone, in person at check in, in person at the pool that morning, this 3pm rule was never voiced to us and is also not on their website. I ask to speak to a supervisor asking where in their policy this was... He told me the old policy was once you checked out at 11am you could no longer use the pool and it was updated to 3pm. Again totally great if this is their policy but at no point was that voiced. It just would have been great to know before hand and when I tried to voice to the supervisor that the policy should be written somewhere or voiced throughout our stay. He simply stated I was "no longer a guest at the resort" because I had already checked out. I get his reasoning behind the comment but there were other ways he could have worded his response to my concern that doesn't come off as rude after I had spent so much money throughout my stay. Absolutely unacceptable to speak to a GUEST which in my eyes I was still a guest.
