I had a great experience. Went there for the recent Charles Manyuchi fight. Great dinner service and excellent above-par breakfast menu. Staff was very friendly but the guys manning room service during the night need to wake up... so to speakš¤£

Its an okay place. But there is room for improvement. Electricity would go off for a while during the night without much remorse or explanation.
