I can easily say it deserves only the best rating. The communication with the personnel was on the highest and most professional level meeting all our requests. Even we were there for only one night and had to arrive late they postponed our check out time latet the other day completely on their own which was very professional and welcoming by their side. During our stay we planned a surprise for our friend and manged to make it happen before our arrival (you can see the photos). Also after our dinner they surprised our friend with a cake and sparkling wine which completed the night. The casino is big and the staff there is very friendly. Honestly you have a feeling that you are not in Macedonia and from time to time stops yourself from speaking English to the staff :) Deserved 5 stars review

To be honest, i think this is the best hotel in Macedonia.Yes,the location is a little bit weird but the hotel is amazing. Clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, great food, the pool was great, the bar. I recommend it
