Horrible experience....hotel pics on websites do not reflect the true condition. We only stayed on night. Breakfast is hotdogs. One outlet in the room.. furniture torn and scuffed up.. reminds me of a seedy motel.. No way Ramada should have their name on this without extensive renovations asap. We can't upload pics on this site for some reason. Book at the Radisdon up the street

Comfortable enough home base while exploring mainland Belize. Good location near Digi Park means great local eats just a couple minutes away and with taxis right out front, we were downtown in minutes. Breakfast is real slow, first morning it took 40 minutes, second morning we made sure to be down there before they opened at 7am and it still took 20 minutes. Great air conditioning and friendly service, though the building is showing its' age and the rooms have not been kept up. The do not disturb button doesn't work. Two complimentary waters each day helped keep us hydrated in the heat and humidity. Asked for a late checkout as our flight was cancelled and they were accommodating.

Good hotel!

I have stayed here a few times, it's safe and secure.

The breakfast is good, the staff are always very helpful.

The hotel lobby has a full fledged casino on site - but closed due to Covid.

All rooms have a direct SeaView.

The rooms are slightly dated and could use a refresh look.

The fitness center definitely needs to be upgraded.

They need to invest in a better AC system in the casino.

I gave them 2 stars because they did keep the rooms clean. Breakfast was cold eggs, beans and tortillas in your room. Other than that everything was closed, and they can't blame it on the pandemic. Other hotels in the area had their restaurants and bars open I had no way of knowing that before booking because they didn't answer the emails I sent. They were no help With activities in Belize witch we needed since every thing on the net is old. Their answer to every question was ask a taxi driver, and there were always 3 or 4 in the lobby.
