I literally had the best hotel experience EVER during this stay!!! From Liz booking me the best rate possible over the phone before I even got there, to Casey's friendly front desk etiquette during several questions plus signing us up for the rewards! Chris, the bartender in the lounge was PHENOMENAL, so friendly and personable! And Jennie was super friendly and happy to shuttle me to the airport while on the way having a great conversation. This crew of employees has made my stay AMAZING. I have stayed at A LOT of hotels across the country and this one was by far THE VERY BEST! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in an immaculate room (cleaned by Krissy) with an exceptional staff! I may travel back to Bismarck just to revisit this hotel!!

The stay was great. Highlight was the breakfast restaurant--best French toast I've ever had! And the waitress was great. She was so friendly, helpful, and anticipated our needs.

Parking a larger pickup in the lot was extremely tight. Sleeping is impossible because of traffic noise...it sounds like the starting lineup at the Indy 500! Restful...NOT! Room is nice & clean, burger was good, clock is junk, in-room refrigerator is nice and free shuttle to the airport. Just wish it was quieter outside, but the hotel cannot control traffic.

Room is tiny, a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, restaurant is a joke. The staff was really nice. The hotel in general is dated and seems run down a lot. The restaurant by far is the worse restaurant I have ever been to as far as quality and service both. House keeping needs to do a better job. Only reason I stayed here is because of the location to the dance competition we were attending. I do not recommend this hotel, so many nicer hotels in Bismarck by far.

Great value for your money and amazing customer service. We spent Valentines weekend there (it was our first time) and I was overwhelmed by the amazing people in the hotel (from check-in with Indy to room adjustments by Liz to the caring staff named Kay). The hotel was not so new but the service (and the breakfast food!) clearly made up for it. The following week, we stayed there again and the service was the same amazing one we experienced (shoutouts to Indy, Jennie, and Samantha). If I ever find myself in Bismarck again then I'll definitely stay here :)
