Fantastic service from Javaer mendosa at front desk and there is one girl at front desk. Front desk staff takes good care of what ever you need. Great house keeping staff. Perfect view. Nice and clean rooms.
For COVID -19, its well sanitized and all COVID precautions taken care of.

My staying at the Radisson Hotel Colon 2000 was fantastic. Nice room, great customer services at the front desk, security and the cool staff from the Drake's restaurant starting from both chefs, Dorgelis, Ashly, Sandra, Elias, Danilo, Faustino and the housekeeping team.
My only concern is the luggage services. There is no one to helping with your luggage at the check in and out.

The place is really low quality hotel. It is not like Radisson all over the world.
We've arrived to the hotel at 08:50.
1st issue- our breakfast was included on the next day. But our stay was up to 18:00 this day. So we had to pay extra 16$ for the breakfast.
2nd- the room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes. But in real- 1,5 hour.
3rd- during the breakfast there was no any toothpicks on the table as well as napkins(( choice for the food is so small((
I do not recommend this hotel for stay.
