Excellent Staff, good location, very close to the centre. An impressive huge Mammut tree in front of the hotel!!

Very nice room, lobby, casino and bar. Recepcionist was not so friendly and hot breakfast options were very poor.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. We got a promotional offer for a bigger room, and everything was very good about it.
The size - enough for two people.
Breakfast - delicious.
Staff - helpful, communicative and kind.
Room was clean, no damages.
Parking garage - quite expensive per day.
The bed was very big and comfortable.
A great addition is the possibility to check out later. We returned the previous night very late from Zurich, and ask for a later check-out around 3 PM - and it was no problem. A great positive!
