Fantastic hotel. I've been to Cairns several times and this has been the best place to stay.

I had a large room with tasteful plantation-style decor and high-quality furniture.

Gym was well-equipped including a leg press machine and dumbbells up to 20kg.

Staff were helpful and thankfully let me change the dates of my booking without first talking to my travel agent Expedia (which was dropping my calls after a 1-hour wait, grrr!)

I also appreciated the normal coat hangers and 11am check-out.

Great staff, communication, helpful. Great location. Extremely clean and comfortable! Lovely little balcony. Great stay.

Love the view from the Trinity inlet room, there was some confusion about the room I had booked but it was sorted by the friendly staff within a day. Impressive service, great location close to everything and good amenities.

Stayed here with my husband on our honeymoon for 3 nights, and overall we were really happy/impressed with Pullman Reef Hotel Casino. It was really nice with an old vibe to it, had a good range of facilities, rooms were lovely and hotel conveniently located in Cairns. The staff were very friendly, and we really appreciated Jason, the concierge, who was always super kind and helpful towards us, and went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon stay was very special! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were amazing so helpful nothing was a problem. The hotel was very professional clean and immaculate the best hotel in Cairns by far. The only negative I can say is the positioning of the tap in the spa one person gets the tap in the back. Would recommend this place as the only place to stay.
