This hotel is great with key considerations for security and safety. The rooms are spacious and has the required utilities. The staff are professional and provide prompt service. The following staff were very helpful; @Eben and @Peter at the front desk, @Prisca the chef and @Leticia who welcomes clients to the restaurant.

Very very nice stay I had at the Pullman Kinshasa. Everything was fabulous... rooms even a food! Pullman Kinshasa had a strongest and best team with indescribable hospitality I mention Francis about, in the front desk. I'll come back again

We did have a wonderful stay at Pullman. All services were excellent. Very clean and friendly staff. The front desk Auguy gave us an excellent customer service in our way out. Thank you so much for everything.

Stayed at Pullman on a work trip. Great hotel. Exceptionally service from Daniel at the reception. Super helpful and always with a smile. Loved the breakfast variety. Did not do lunch there at all. Dinner was limited mainly due to the Restaurants closing early because of the 9pm curfew. Overall, would stay here again!

Ooh my God!!! the service in this place is seven star, much as the major communication language is French, management makes sure that they provide somebody to help.
Laetitia is a very wonderful person and very eloquent in English... very very helpful and will definitely make your stay very comfortable.
Eben is another person that is very kind and will make sure you get what you need...
Looking for a place that is home far away from home,Pullman Kinshasa is the place!!!!
