First time at this location was great, 2nd time the bartender took over 10 min just to check ids although it wasn't busy. She was in an argument with another customer because she was ignored as well. I believe the bartenders name is Kelly she is blonde. We had a drink and were ignored again. She only serves certain people. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and went last night and she was THE WORST!!! She has a really bad attitude and not only that she would not serve us . We drank our drink and were waiting so long the ice melted in the cups!!!!Again, bar was not busy. I love pts and it has always been my place to go watch the games, eat and drink but to this location I will not go again!!!I should have read the reviews, I guess I'm not the first person shes done this to.

I am really surprised by my experience tonight. This is the closest location to my home and we really wanted wings. I understand that this is mainly a bar and I do not expect exceptional service. However, I do expect to be periodically checked on. After taking our order and dropping off the drinks, the waitress didn't even bother with us. Our appetizer and wings were delivered by a man from the kitchen. Our fries didn't come out at that time, but I thought that maybe they were coming out next. Our drinks ran empty and the fries never came. The waitress has completely disappeared. I caught a glimpse of her going to the back, then with her phone on the other side of the bar taking photos, then in her jacket heading outside. The place was left alone for over 20 minutes. Finally, the people at the bar caught the man from the kitchen. After he was able to get them a couple of drinks, I asked him about getting refills and the fries. He didn't know we had ordered any. By this time, I was frustrated and ready to go. He was going to start fries, but I let him know not to. The waitress still didnt acknowledge us. She was chit chatting with people around the bar. I had to stand at the bar and wait to ask for the check. The check reflected fries. I informed her they never came. She questioned me "You didnt get the fries?" Again, No, I did not. I even let her know that I had to speak to the guy who delivered the food. She starts staring at my table questioning the fries again. No matter how hard you look, you cannot see something that was never delivered. I mentioned to her that I could not find her to notify her of the issue earlier and her response was definitely not customer service oriented, "When my boss calls, he takes priority." No apology, no nothing. The bill was definitely not worth the food we received or the service. Management should definitely address the waitress about her job performance.

Me and my husband visited last week we had a beer and asked for the food menu luckily the bartender took like 10 minutes to come back and ask if we were ordering something because that gave us time to see the cook come out of the kitchen without his mask on and taking food to people like that.we finished our beers and walk out.
