Be aware, they are cancelling your cruise citing a deposit was missed. Upon calling they confirm no deposit was due and they rebook the cruise. However, the concessions originally given are now reduced. So, your cruise costs more for their error in due date and canceling without notification. Appears to be systematic. The icing on the cake is that all 5 CSR we spoke to were literally the rudest and most incompetent CSR in ANY industry. More disappointing, they are supposed to be a premier cruise line. Having the cruise rescheduled for the 4th time while very annoying, is not the cruise lines fault as it relates to COVID. However, we will NEVER use them again. Buyer be warned!
