Excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ship and decor is spectacular.
All the entertainment, Restaurants, bars, food quality and variety, exceeded our expectations. Swimming pools, gym and exercise areas were all kept clean and tidy with a continuous supply, as required, of fresh towels.
Rooms were serviced twice daily with attention to detail.
The whole cruise experience was relaxed, well organized and had a get away from it all type of feeling.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Holiday.

We travelled from Honolulu to Sydney in September 2018 and were most disappointed. As Elite passengers we have done a lot of Princess cruises and It was blatantly obvious that Princess is cutting down on costs. The menu, food quality, quantity and presentation were much worse and the buffet hardly had a decent roast--- Brisket, Meat loaf, pork belly or Asian chicken. The number of staff seems to be dramatically cut but I have to say that the dining staff in the Club dining room were excellent. Most activities were unhosted and the Princess singers and dancers were fewer and not as good. In fact you had to get to the Princess theatre at least 45 minutes before the show to get a seat.
Wherever you walked along a corridor there would be a dryer trying to dry the carpet from a leak. One gentleman got soaked while in the Princess theatre!!!
Never again will we travel with Princess. Our cabin creaked, groaned and dripped all night.
