One of my favourite casinos actually the building is like a bunker on level -1 its cool even if the power shuts on the whole island the place is still running on it's own electric generator. They have smoking room and offers snack, bar restaurants as it should be in a nice enviroment. Free parking and not to fancy dresscode policy which make it more of a funny place to visit at anytime. Only the service staff in the reception and in the cashier desk can sometimes be a bit ignoring and depressed. But after all the place runs 24/7 which is pretty rare in European countries nowadays.

Long waiting time on poker cash tables with only 5 max due to covid restrictions.
Extremely long waiting time to register for a casino card at the check in. Expect at lest 30 minutes

Dont bother to make a preregiistration, it does not work. Drinks not including in your gambling. Staff is not comming to offer you drinks. I recommend you Dragonara instead.

Nice place, looks well. Went to play poker, the
Poker room manager had very poor customer service to the point of out right rudeness. Also same manager left my table waiting 5 mins for ruling while he did work on PC knowing we were waiting and then made an incorrect ruling. Game structure was good and dealer capable but very little knowledge of game structure when asked.
Not encouraging to return as a recreational player.
