Fun casino, clean, friendly and helpful staff!! We went early long line at Ramsey burger place but worth it. Best was the Ultimate Variety Show!! I recommend seeing this, tickets are reasonable. We left before 1100 pm so no problems with the criminal element that has been happening early in the mornings. Over I would go back.

3 star is generous. The good....Hotel area was nice. Pool area is great. Rooms are spacious. Location is great and having the shops connected was a big plus.

The bad....seemed like every place we went we smelled pot. Casino is average and the service was sparse. We were there 5 nights and our room got cleaned twice (once because my wife found the maid and told her it needed cleaned). When we didn't get service we called the front desk and kept being put on hold. After 10-20 mins you get some disgruntled desk attendant that just said "we will send up towels". Seemed like only 2-3 elevators were ever running so you spend a lot of time waiting or getting close with your fellow travelers. Price was cheap but this was really a "you get what you pay for" hotel. We will not be booking another stay there.

Love this hotel. Very clean and the service is great. The check in/ out process is so easy at the kiosk. This hotel is right in the middle of the strip so it's easy to see everything and still stay close to the room. The Miracle Mile Shops are great too!! We got all of our souvenirs there and the prices were pretty reasonable. I highly recommend PH and would definitely stay there again.

Had a beautiful room called an ultra hip room for 5 nights. Loved the room and bathroom. Convenient immediate access to the miracle mile mall. Only downside is your car is a long way from the casino. Large casino floor with huge variety of games. I did encounter a cashier who had an attitude while I was there... not my normal experience with Caesars properties. Maybe she was having a bad day. Luckily a different employee went out of her way to let us swim at the pool at Paris since the pool was closed. That made up for it. All in all it was a nice trip.

What a lovely casino. Very friendly staff, and room service. Rooms were very clean. Nice TV as well. I really like there pool, its always open, never closed. The jacuzzi was very bubbly. Such a wonderful, bubbly jacuzzi.
