The hotel is good but does not dazzle. The staff takes all the Laurels !! Excellent attention! Chef Emiliano with 2 Michellin stars, leaves much to be desired ... He does not contemplate a varied Children's Menu and ruins the dishes with too much seasoning and spicy. Of the 7 nights I spent with my flia, the last 2 had a little better dinner after the complaints of the passengers.

Terrible service! Five stars hotel? And you can not book online? Called already more than 10 and talk to different people and it is impossible to get a booking! Unbelievable!
